SKÉUO will process the order as soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction. We will process your purchased items in the shortest time possible. During sale periods, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time than normal. We operate Monday to Saturday with the exception of public holidays.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note — we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

 

Delivery

 
 

Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release goods held at customs. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.

Returns

 
 

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days since your order receipt to ask for a full refund or an exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.

To return or exchange items, contact us at hello@skeuo.co with your order number specifying if it is a return or an exchange and we will instruct you accordingly.

Returns will not be accepted if the items are worn or damaged. Items purchased on sale or during special promotions cannot be returned.

 

Returning your purchase

 
 

Send an email to inform us of your return.
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
Close the box and tape it securely.
Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods.
We kindly advise that the items on sale for non profit projects cannot be changed or returned.

We recommend posting within 7 days of your Return Request and requesting proof of postage to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If an item is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. We can then offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.

 
 

Exchanges

 
 

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges will not be accepted if the items are worn or damaged.

Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.skeuo.co

Items purchased on sale or during special promotions cannot be exchanged.
